As previously stated in the original Sparkplug Divestiture press release, this strategic divestiture of assets is the first step in Sparkplug's launch of aggressive growth plans in the Phoenix, Las Vegas and Des Moines markets. Proceeds are anticipated to bolster cash liquidity and allow Sparkplug the flexibility to capitalize on emerging opportunities in those areas targeted for growth in 2010.
