Sparkplug is an Arizona Enterprise Procurement Services (EPS) Division primary contractor for Telecommunication Carrier Services. Sparkplug is one of only seven carriers in Arizona selected to take part in the AZNET program to streamline state telecommunications purchasing. Sparkplug was selected based on rigorous network performance and pricing requirements.
