This customer needed a minimum of 1 Mbps consistent upload speed to facilitate the transfer of large files from remote cameras to their headquarter location. No T-1 lines were available in the needed areas, and lower-end services simply could not meet the performance requirements. They turned to Sparkplug, who could wirelessly connect each of the eight locations, with scalable, symmetrical bandwidth. The company had a limited window in which to install and get the remote cameras up and running, so they were pleased that Sparkplug could customize the installation to meet the schedule requirements. In all, Sparkplug delivered eight wireless broadband connections while meeting the customer’s performance, cost and timing requirements.
